Mike Sherrard

President
Michael C. Sherrard is the President of the C.S. Lewis Society, a cultural apologetics ministry that exists to show the world the truth, goodness, and beauty of Jesus Christ. Before joining the CSLS, Mike pastored Crosspoint Community Church in Peachtree City, Ga, for over ten years.
Mike is an international speaker specializing in worldview, ethics, and apologetics. He has appeared on television and radio programs such as FOX and Friends and Moody Radio. He has also done considerable work with the Life Training Institute, Summit Ministries, and Ratio Christi, equipping the next generation to make a case for the Christian Worldview.
Mike is the author of Relational Apologetics: Defending the Christian Faith with Holiness, Respect, and Truth (2015 Kregel) and Why You Matter: How Your Quest for Meaning is Meaningless Without God (2021 Baker). In addition, he has written articles for the CSB Apologetics Study Bible for Students, the Christian Research Journal, and The Stream.
Mike has a B.A. in Religion and a Masters of Divinity with a concentration in Apologetics from Luther Rice and is working on a Ph.D. in Apologetics at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In 2004, he lucked out and married Terri Anna, formerly Watts. Living in Peachtree City, Georgia, with their five crazy kids, they attempt to make it through each day as they overcome severe sleep deprivation.
